    Initially I used to think that weight lifting is all about strength but I was wrong as most of it is all about technique and Barbell Boss is the place where you can get that technique and confidence.
    Barbell Boss is the place for the one who want to learn a to z of weightlifting. Great platform, very knowledgeable workshops and awesome trainers.

    If you wish to learn, improve you lifting technique and gain overall body strength; barbell boss is the perfect platform. The workouts have been designed in a way that they activate all muscle groups and a new a workout not only helps in practicing different parameters but also removes the monotony of standardized workout regimes.

    I have been following the workout schedule since the past 4 months and have not only improved my techniques but also have been able to lift heavier scaling new PR’s, with even minor technique correction and practice; despite having an irregular meal and nutrition schedule.
